Practicalities

Schedule. The meeting will start at 10.00 on Monday 22^nd May and finish at 5.00 on Tuesday 23^rd May.

Location. The meeting will be held in room MC303 on the third floor of the McCance building on Richmond Street G1 1XQ at the University of Strathclyde in the centre of Glasgow.

Travel. The venue is a 15–20 minute walk from Glasgow Central station, or a 5–10 minute walk from Glasgow Queen Street station.

Food and drink. On both days, we will provide morning and afternoon refreshments and a simple lunch. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when registering.

Dinner. The conference dinner will take place at THE ITALIAN KITCHEN, a five minute walk from the conference venue, at 6.45 on Monday 22^nd May. There will be a set menu. Please let us know if you’d like to participate (at your own cost).

Accommodation. There’s an abundance of hotels and other accommodation to suit every budget in Glasgow city centre, within walking distance of the University. Closest to the venue is the Premier Inn on George Street.
